I have been using Nick Burton as a training provider for this course since 2018 and I personally update my own emergency at work first aid certificate regularly with him.

 

As a result of his excellent training I have been able to easily recognise stroke symptoms (which in this case weren't the symptoms you would necessarily expect) and saved a life, I have also confidently dealt with incidents with both clients and the general public where emergency services have been required and I was able to not only keep the patient calm in all instances but felt confident in monitoring vital signs and able to deliver competent helpful information to not only the call operator but also the emergency services when they arrived enabling them to quickly help the patient.

 

By the end of this one day course you will be able to confidently deal with a wide variety of first aid emergencies. All candidates will have gained the basic skills and knowledge to demonstrate that they can work as an emergency first aider in the workplace.
